Jumbo Bale Press
The jumbo bale press is set up to accept chopped product to produce a 400 kg compressed bale in a sleevw. This bale is becoming more commonly used by large farms who incorporate these bales directly in the total mixed rations (TMR). This facility is set up to allow for the mxing and chopping of product to create custom blends of timothy, alfalfa, and straw.
Low-Density Small Bale Press
A recent addition to our forage presses is the low-density press. This machine accepts large 4′x4′x8′ bales and cuts them down and rebales them into 34kg (75lbs) bales. The finished bale is string-tied and a perfect substitue to the original small bales that can be difficult to source. The bales are bundled to allow for easy loading and unloading into vans.
Big Bale Press
The big bale press is designed to accept large 4′x4′x8′ bales or 3′x4′x8′ bales. These bales are sliced and compressed in a fully automated press that is capable of producing at a rate of up to 24 Metric Tonnes per hour. Output bales are cut into smaller bales through a cutter box to the sized preferred by the end user.
